The copyright of all artwork and material (including without limitation: text, font, artwork and original design) is owned by James Loveday (hereby known as the artist) 

Copyright license

The artist does not grant you any rights in relation to artwork or material. In other words, all rights are reserved.

For the avoidance of doubt, you must not adapt, edit, change, transform, publish, republish, distribute, redistribute, broadcast, rebroadcast or show or play in public any artwork or material copyrighted to James Loveday (in any form or media) without prior written permission from the artist.

Permissions

You may request permission to use the copyright, artworks and materials by writing to [email protected]. Where applicable an invoice will be supplied as legal proof of your use and purchase of any artworks or materials, whether single use or royalty free (Without proof of permission and purchase you are in direct violation of copyright laws)

Enforcement of copyright

TM inc takes the protection of copyright very seriously.

If Tm inc discovers that you have used it's copyright materials in contravention of the license above, We are within our rights to bring legal proceedings against you, seeking monetary damages and an injunction to stop you using those materials. You could also be ordered to pay legal costs.
